Is there an additional cost for PropTx members?
No. All PropTx users have access to REALM Verified Transactions for no incremental fee
Participant Fees
Is there any cost to buyers / sellers?
The only cost to buyers / sellers it the cost to process an eIDV. This can be prepaid by the Agent inviting them to the deal room, eliminating any cost to the client
Is there any cost to industry participants?
Currently, the only cost to industry participants it the cost to process an eIDV. This can also be prepaid by the agent inviting them to the deal room if they desire. Future implementation phases may see nominal fees charged to industry participants (lenders, lawyers, mortgage brokers etc.) to access a deal room eIDV Fees
Does the eIDV process have a cost?
Yes. It will cost approximately $6.50 to process an eIDV request.
Who pays for the eIDV?
There are two options:
1. End user pays – invited participants will be prompted to pay for an eIDV when they first attempt to login
2. Agent / Brokerage pays – Agents inviting participants to a deal room can pay on behalf of the participant immediately after they are invited
Store (Archive) Fees
What is available in the store?
Users have access to archived documentation via the Reports store for deals they participated in. This includes Completed Deal Reports, Deal History and Historical Audit Listing Reports
When are documents archived?
Six months after a deal is completed and closed in REALM Verified Transactions, all documents will be automatically archived for permanent storage
When are fees applied?
Users will be charged a fee to extract archived documents from the e-store. Note: Closed deal documentation remains available for 6 months after a deal room is closed, free of charge
What is the cost to extract documents from the archive?
o Deal History - $10 per report
o Historical Audit Listing Report - $15 per report
o Completed Deal Report - $4.50 per document selected
