When a deal participant is invited to your deal room, they will be asked to complete and pass an eIDV (electronic Identification Verification) before being permitted to access the platform.
This process is automated by the system
Users will be sent an email link from the eIDV provider to initiate the process
Note: You have the ability to pre-pay for the end user or have them pay for themselves.
Any added participant with a red IDV shield can be prepaid.
To Prepay,, click on the shield to initiate the IDV process on behalf of your client (if desired)
A payment screen will be provided to accept your credit card and pre-payment.
Once initiated (prepaid or not) you will see the status of their eIDV in the participant screen
