To send a message, you must be in the desktop version of the app. It is not possible to write a message in the mobile app, you can only read and acknowledge messages.
Click on “Send Message” from within an Open Deal Room
At the top of the page, you will see a list of the participants in that deal. All the names of the participants will automatically be selected. If there is anyone you do not want to be included in the message, remove the check mark from beside their name.
There are two toggles available with Message Options: Request Acknowledgement and High Priority Alert
If you select “Request Acknowledgement”, you will receive an in-application and email notification when the individual reads the message and clicks the “Acknowledge” button.
You can also set the message as High Priority Alert
Complete the Subject and Message and then Click the Send Message button at the bottom of the page. The individual will receive an email with the message, and will also receive the message in their REALM Verified Transactions Message Centre
